French Drains

At LMD Solutions LLC, we understand the essential role French drains play in maintaining a healthy, vibrant landscape. With our drainage expertise, we aim to provide cutting-edge French drains that keep your outdoor spaces lush, well-watered, and free of water-related issues.

Hardscaping

Hardscaping looks best when it supports the routines you already have. That might mean widening the path from the back door so you are not stepping through mud, or creating a patio zone that fits furniture without forcing everything into tight corners.

Lawn Mowing

Timing matters in a region where spring growth can take off fast, and a rainy stretch can turn a weekly cut into a heavier lift. If grass gets too tall between visits, mowing takes more off the top than it should, leaving the lawn looking stressed for days afterward.

Weed Control & Fertilization

A healthy lawn in this area is rarely about luck, because our weather swings and soil conditions keep lawns on their toes. One week can bring warm afternoons, and the next can drop back into chilly mornings that stall growth and mess with timing.

OUR WORK

WHAT CUSTOMERS SAY

I am an interior designer who also does exterior projects. It was an absolute pleasure working alongside Mitch and his employees. This business is professionally run with courteous, hard-working employees who are knowledgeable and dependable. It was hands-down quality work performed by skilled workers. Mitch and I bonded immediately with our vision and expectations! In addition to everything else being perfect, the huge medallion and unforgettable custom fountain we created together pay tribute to their perfection, Professionalism, quality, and creativity, resulting in a $350,000 project that surpasses the client's expectations. Mitch has a great sense of humor and is stress-free to work with. I hope I get another opportunity to work with him and his Guys.

Mitchell and his crew built a raised bed garden out of pavers. They then integrated our lawn sprinkler system into this garden. In addition, they removed a variety of unwanted bushes, plants, and old mulch from the beds surrounding the house. They then installed edging around the existing beds and placed decorative rock. They also took care to protect the existing hostas, rose bushes, and other perennials, which will soon be popping up to add color back. It is absolutely beautiful. They were timely in their work and extremely diligent in executing our plan. I highly recommend LMD Solutions and will absolutely utilize them for future projects.

I was embarrassed by how badly we had neglected our landscape and by its condition! Mitchell came out the same day I contacted him. He was professional and personable, and he led my project with some great ideas for the direction to take. He even cleared out an overgrown landscape bed so painters could get to the house before we even got going on the actual project! We are extremely happy with the results. He made a beautiful landscape bed in front and a rock bed along the side. He also fixed some problem areas with soil erosion and a tree growing out of its walls. I am no longer embarrassed to pull into my driveway. I definitely plan to use LMD again for the backyard!

Mitchell and his crew replaced a failing retaining wall and put natural stone edging and decorative rock around our foundation. All in one day! We are very pleased with the results. Mitchell was timely and a good communicator. He gave us a fair price and followed through on everything he promised.

I had LMD install a French drain to address a poorly draining low spot in my yard. The project came with many unexpected roadblocks, which Mitch handled with expertise and professionalism. Mitch was always prompt and communicated clearly throughout the project. I can’t wait for it to rain again so I can see the French drain in action!
